Nathan graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan University School of Law).  He obtained an LL.M. in Health Law from the University of Houston, where he received the Robert S. Toth LL.M. Writing Award.  A native Texan, Nathan was raised in a family with three generations of physicians, giving him unique insight into issues that impact providers, suppliers, and other healthcare businesses.

Nathan grew up in Dallas, Texas.  He graduated from the St. Mark’s School of Texas and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  Prior to law school, Nathan was a musician in Austin.  He also worked as a legislative aide in the Texas Legislature and as a tenant advocate.  He and his wife live in Dallas and Cresson, Texas with their three children.  In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor endeavors, and writing and recording music.
